RRBs Centralized Employment Notification 2018: Railway Recruitment
Board (RRBs) recently released a Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) for
62907 vacancies for various Posts in Level-I of 7th CPC Pay Matrix. This
recruitment is for the Railway Recruitment Boards of Ahmedabad, Ajmer,
Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubhaneshwar, Bilaspur, Chandigarh, Chennai,
Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, Ranchi and Secunderabad. The
Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) wise vacancies details are given below in
detailed in No. of vacancies column. This RRB recruitment is for the post of
Helper, Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Hospital Attendant, Assistant Pointsman,
Porter/Hamal/Sweeper cum Porter & etc. Railway Recruitment Board is
inviting all the eligible candidates to apply for this recruitment through
online. The online applications are available in the official websites of RRB from
10th February 2018. Candidate can apply to only one RRB. The
candidates, who are interested in this recruitment of RRB, can apply for it

Pay Scale: Level 01 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with Initial
Pay of Rs. 18,000/- plus other allowances admissible at that time.
Age Limits: Considered as on 1st July 2018
Minimum Age – 18 years
Maximum Age – 31 Years
Note: the upper age limit
relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen, PWD & etc
candidates as per the Government rules.
Educational Qualifications:
- 10th Pass or ITI
from recognized Board/NCVT/SCVT or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)
granted by NCVT.

Recruitment/Selection Procedure:
1. Computer Based Test: This
is objective type test which contains 100 questions with 4 sections
(Mathematics, General Intelligence & reasoning, General science and General
Awareness or current Affairs).
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

- Should be able to lift and carry 35 Kg of
Weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without
putting the weight down.
- Should be able to run for a distance of 1000
meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.

weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without
putting the weight down.
- Should be able to run for a distance of 1000
meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.
