in AP Collegiate Education Service. The total number of vacancies available in
this APPSC Recruitment is 504 Lecturer posts. APPSC is inviting all the
eligible candidates to apply for this Government Degree College Lecturer post

Age Limits: Age is considered as on 1st July 2016 and
upper age relaxation is applicable for the candidates who belongs to SC/ST/BC/Physically
Handicapped/Ex-Servicemen/N.C.C/A.P State Govt. Employees/Retrenched temporary
Employees in the State census Department with minimum 6 months service
categories as per Govt. rules. The minimum age limit is common for all category
candidates and the age limit details other than these categories is
Minimum Age – 18 years
Maximum Age – 42 years
Educational Qualifications:
- Good Academic record with
minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PH category candidates) or equivalent grade
at Master Degree Level in relevant
Subject from recognized University of India.
- Should have passed NET (National Eligibility Test) for
Lecturers conducted by UGC, CISR or Similar tests accredited by the UGC or SLET
conducted by the Osmania University in terms of G.O.Ms.No.19, Higher Education
(CE-1-I), Dept. Dt. 24/02/2011 and by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in term
of G.O.Ms.No.47, Higher Education (CE-1) Dept., Dt. 02/12/2015.
Application & Examination Fee: Fee will be paid through payment
Gateway. Examination fee is exempted for SC, ST & BC category candidates of
AP State and PH & Ex-Servicemen candidates. The fee particulars are
Application Fee – Rs. 250/-
Examination Fee – Rs. 120/-

the Fee through Payment Gateway for this recruitment.
Step-2: Once again visit APPSC website and go through
the Submit Online Application Link and enter Journal number, Date of Payment
& Date of Birth.
Step-3: Upload Scanned
Copy of Photograph with Signature and click on Upload Button.
Step-4: Fill up all the
fields of the online application carefully and finally submit the online application.
After Successful Submission of online Application take a printout of it.
Selection Procedure:
1. Written Examination: this
is objective type examination and consists of 2 papers 150 questions for each.
Negative marking is applicable for each wrong answered question i.e., 1/3rd
marks of that question.
